COVID-19

Will there be delays due to COVID-19?

Yes, covid is still slightly affecting shipping times...Although it is getting so much better! :D

Since tees and hats are made to order, it could take up to 3 to 5 weeks for them to be prepared before they are shipped out. most of the time now it is about 7-14 days. but keeping employees at the manufacturing companies safe is the most important thing.

After fulfillment, you will receive an email when a shipping label is created for your order and is ready to be shipped out.

Shipping

What are the average arrival times?

There are some unpredictable shipping delays from USPS right now because of COVID-19 and election issues but below I have an estimate to better help you gauge when your package will arrive once you receive a shipping notification.

  • US orders: 7-14 business days

  • International orders: 15-25 business days

  • Canada order: 25-30 business days (I dont know whats up with Canada customs but it always takes soo long)

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we pretty much ship everywhere that USPS does!

Due to COVID-19, we can’t ship to the following countries:

Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Gambia, Guinea - Bissau, Guyana, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, American Samoa, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman islands, Chad, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Shipping to China has also been disabled as carriers have stopped service there.

 

I placed an order, when will I get my tracking number?

Once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created you will receive an email with tracking info. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for that item to actually be put in the mail for you to start checking on where it’s located as it makes it’s way to you, but it will be on the way! :)

 

Will multiple products in one order arrive separately?

Yes. If your order includes different products they will arrive separately. Things like mugs, posters, earrings and apparel are sometimes made at different rates since they are made to order and require different packaging making them arrive at different times.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Yes, additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. Since each country’s customs policy is different, we can’t always cover these fees at checkout. The final fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size so if you live in a country where you normally have to pay a standard customs fee, be prepared for that extra cost

Please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties & taxes to your purchases.

Standard Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time 5-7 business days.
  • All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Friday.
  • Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  • Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
  • Items which are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days.
  • Custom items can take between 5-15 business days to ship.

NOTE: Many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, you may receive multiple packages.

Shipping Rates

  • We charge USPS first class.

Note: We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the dim weight of the package.

Canadian

  • Packages ship USPS First class to Canada
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the destination or DIM weight of the package.

International

  • Packages ship USPS First class.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the destination or DIM weight of the package.
